Our principal products are:
- Polysilicon Production Equipment and Services – GT offers a full range of polysilicon production equipment needed to operate a highly efficient and low cost CVD reactors and related engineering services required for the production of high quality polysilicon. Our SDR™ series of Siemens-based reactors offer industry-leading price/performance with low power consumption per kilogram of polysilicon produced and higher throughput to lower the cost of polysilicon production.
- The Industry Leader in Ingot Growth Systems – GT offers a family of innovative ingot growth systems including the DSS™450HP, DSS™650, DSS™450 MonoCast™ and HiCz™ (in development) - to address the broad needs of PV manufacturers in today’s evolving market. The DSS™450HP and DSS™650 produce high quality multicrystalline ingots while MonoCast™ and HiCz™ are designed to enable the industry’s shift in focus to higher cell efficiencies with high quality monocrystalline material. Our scalable architecture has given customers an upgrade path that allows them to take advantage of next generation crystalline growth technology for higher levels of throughput and productivity while protecting their original investment.
- Advanced Sapphire Growth Furnaces and Material for the LED Industry – GT’s ASF™ sapphire growth system is a production proven furnace that produces high quality sapphire material for the LED industry. The ASF furnace is based on 40 years of process engineering know-how and crystal growth expertise developed by Crystal Systems, and provides customers with a scalable platform to produce high quality sapphire run after run.Our mission is to enable our customers’ success by providing sustained value with products and services that provide a high return on their investment and that lower the cost of manufacturing
Crystal Growth Expertise – In addition to our casting and crystal growth equipment, GT Crystal Systems produces high quality sapphire material in its factory in Salem, Massachusetts, for a wide range of industrial and specialty markets that demand the highest quality material. GT also provides HiCz® advanced monocrystalline materials produced in its HiCz production facility in Hazelwood, Missouri, that enable advanced cell architectures for high performing solar panels.
